So for the first time ever, I've decided to try and participate in the booktube-a-thon. Strictly speaking, I'm not a youtuber and I don't make videos- but I'll post all my updates here.
Another potential issue is that I kind of feel a bit of a reading slump coming on and I'm hoping this readathon would help me counteract that. So pray for me.

The BookTube-A-Thon starts on the 3rd - 9th August.
These are the books I'm planning on reading!

1. A book with blue on the cover
Side Effects May Vary - Julie Murphy

2. Read a book by an author who shares the same first letter of your last name
Trouble - Non Pratt

3. Read someone else's favourite book
Speak - Laurie Halse Anderson: My cousin loves this book, I always promised I'd read it for her, but I just never got around to doing it. So now's the time!

4. Read the last book you acquired
Extraordinary Means - Robyn Schneider

5. Finish a book without letting go of it
Say Her Name - James Dawson: Okay, this one might be pushing it, but I think I can do it. I think I an.

6. Read a book you really want to read
Extraordinary Means - Robyn Schneider (mentioned above) - killing a two birds with one stone.

7. Read 7 books
Okay so basically. I'm not going to do this one- because I've given myself quite an unrealistic list of books already and adding 2 more would just be like suicide. Also, I'm supposed to be going out tomorrow, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday which is really limiting my reading time - although I will pretty much be reading all night. But I want a chance to succeed at most of these books.

I'm a failure.
No I'm kidding, I just can't push myself so much. But I'll try, I will.

  1. I'm a actually attempting to read 7 books.... It might not go well. I choose some short ones so I'm hoping I can finish quite a few of them!
Anyway, good luck to you as well! Hopefully you can at least finish the majority of your TBR! :)

  2. Great TBR! I've always wanted to read Speak. You should make a YouTube channel, I'll watch your videos for sure! -Addy
